Henry has been in the catering industry all of his
working life, primarily as a chef "at the coal face" with
many years of culinary experience. He has worked at a Senior
Level for restaurant groups such as Planet Hollywood, and the
Hard Rock Cafe, but did a classical apprentiship in London
hotels, ensuring a broad range of knowledge. He has worked
in Film & TV catering, running his own business for the last
4 years, and has been involved in the "Outside" catering
world for many years prior - he says that there is knowhere
that he cant get too and cook, and lists his favourite
location as a marshy island in the middle of a river,
accessable only by boat - he still produced 3 courses for
150 sit-down (but don't get him on that - you'll be there all
night!) He is "Very Focused" on his work, or at least that
is his excuse for perhaps not being the chattiest chef you
ever met - or has he been watching to much Gordon Ramsay?
Jacqueline, Jackie or "Jack" is the Events Manager, in
other words she does everything! The friendly face of the
company, Jackie rarely says no, keeps Henry's tea cup full,
and is generally an all round 'good egg'. Jackie runs the
diary, ensures that the locations are found, makes sure we
have all the little things that everyone likes (including
the biscuits) and liases with the production team. " We
couldn't manage without her" says the rest of the team!
We have some fantastic people from all walks of life who make up our super team. They bring with them a wealth of experience but are all bound together by the common goal of achieving excellence.
